Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect your name, business title, organization, email address, telephone number, and preferred language; information included in messages, consultation requests, proposals, contracts, and other business communications; résumés, cover letters, qualifications, employment history, and other information submitted with an application; and information required to deliver a mandate, including compliance, risk, transaction, investigation, audit, or regulatory information supplied by a client.

When you use our website, limited technical information may be recorded automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, and date and time of access. Please do not send sensitive or confidential mandate information through the general website contact form unless we specifically ask you to do so through an approved secure method.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and schedule consultations; assess client needs, prepare proposals, enter into and manage contracts, and deliver our professional services; communicate with clients and business contacts; evaluate applications and recruit personnel or consultants; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and systems; comply with legal, regulatory, insurance, accounting, and professional obligations; prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other unlawful activity; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

If we wish to use your information for a new purpose that is not compatible with the purpose originally explained to you, we will provide the required notice and obtain consent where applicable.

We obtain consent in a form appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information, unless the law permits or requires us to act without consent. We do not currently use advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. We will respond within the time required by law and explain any lawful refusal.

Our website may link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing personal information.
